What's Changing?

Open Enrollment for 2021 is Almost Here

Take time to review your options including medical, dental, vision, tax-free savings accounts, life and disability insurance, and more. Then enroll before the deadline November 24.

New XPO Benefit Enrollment Website

XPO is pleased to introduce a new benefit website to guide you through Open Enrollment. The new site will be available November 10 at myXPO Portal or directly from your smartphone or computer at xpo.bswift.com.

HSA Minimum Contribution

If you like the convenience of contributing to a Health Savings Account through payroll deduction, you’ll need to contribute at least $500.

But why stop there? To get the biggest tax break, contribute up to the annual IRS limit.

New Spending Account Partner

As part of our transition to bswift, PayFlex will administer all three of our spending accounts:

  • Health Care FSA
  • Dependent Day Care FSA
  • Commuter Spending Account

Medical Plan Update

The deductibles for the Classic PPO will be:

  • $900 individual
  • $1,800 family

Life Insurance Changes

We’re rebalancing our life insurance coverage. There’s a change to company-paid life insurance and the cost of Supplemental Life Insurance will remain the same.
