Review 2024 Benefit Changes

Go Online or Call

Click on the Connect with Benefits link in the footer, log in and navigate to the benefits section.

You can also call the XPO Benefit Center at 855.376.7276, press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish. A representative will be happy to help you.

If you are visiting myXPO for the first time or are having trouble, you may need to register or reach out to the IT Help Desk at 855.XPO.MYIT (855.976.6948) or XPOITServicedesk@xpo.com. If this is your first time accessing the site, you will need to answer a series of questions to validate your account.

Review Your Demographic Information

Check to make sure your mobile phone number, email address and communication preferences are accurate.

Enter or Confirm Your Family Information

Review the dependents eligibility guidelines for any family members you want to add to your coverage, and then enter or update their personal information, including Social Security Numbers. If you are adding a dependent, you will be asked to verify dependent eligibility with documentation and provide the dependent’s Social Security Number. XPO routinely conducts random dependent verification audits. If you do not provide documentation within 60 days, your dependent(s) will be removed from coverage. It’s also your responsibility to remove dependents from coverage once they become ineligible.

Health Savings Account (HSA) Eligibility

Indicate whether you are eligible for an HSA.

Choose Your Benefits

Review each benefit section and decide which you want to enroll in, keep, change or waive. Indicate who you want to cover under each benefit you are enrolling in for 2024.

Not Ready to Finish Yet?

No problem. You can click Save and Finish Later to save your progress and return later. Remember to come back and finish before the deadline, because your elections will not be submitted until you complete the process.

Enter or Review Your Beneficiary Information

You will be asked to provide beneficiary information for your life insurance and any other benefits you elect requiring a beneficiary.

Confirm Your Tobacco User Status

When you enroll, we ask you to verify your tobacco user status. If you or your covered spouse uses tobacco, you pay an extra $100 per month for medical coverage. If you are or your covered spouse is a former tobacco user (e.g., you completed an approved tobacco cessation program in the past and had the surcharge removed), your status will roll over year to year automatically.

Learn more here.

Review and Confirm Your Elections

After reviewing your elections, click the blue Complete Enrollment button to confirm them. Print your confirmation statement and review the reminders about next steps, if applicable.

If you don’t complete the process by clicking Complete Enrollment before the end of the enrollment period, your elections will not be saved.

Provide Verification

If you add a dependent or elect any Life Insurance benefits that require Evidence of Insurability or other documentation, you’ll see a verification page that shows you what’s required. You can upload required documentation directly to the secure website.

What Happens If I Don’t Enroll?

In general, your elections will carry over into next year, except for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). You will not be enrolled in the Health Care FSA and/or Dependent Day Care FSA unless you make this election. You will not be able to change your elections until the next Open Enrollment period, unless you experience a Qualifying Event and report the change within 45 days of the event date.

Health Care Consumer Tips

Being a smart health care consumer means you take the time to consider all your health care options and make the best decision for your particular situation. Keep these tips in mind!

  • The Basic HSA or HSA Plus plan may be the best plan for you. With an HSA plan, you’ll pay less in payroll deductions and you’ll receive a contribution from XPO to your HSA Plus plan to help pay for eligible health care expenses. Learn more about HSAs.
  • You’ll save with an HSA or FSA. You’ll save valuable tax dollars and lower your taxable income when you open an HSA or Health Care FSA. The money you contribute or withdraw in these accounts is tax-free when you use it for eligible medical expenses.
  • Only use the emergency room for true emergencies. Trips to the ER can be expensive and cost you a lot out of your own pocket, so be sure you only visit an ER when absolutely necessary. Use urgent care facilities, schedule a visit with your doctor or use telemedicine when you have minor injuries or illnesses. Take advantage of the LiveHealth Online for a nominal fee or call the 24/7 NurseLine for free. Nurses are on call to answer any health questions you might have and to provide guidance on emergency care, urgent care and more.
  • Consider generic prescriptions instead of brand-name prescriptions. Generic prescriptions are usually considerably less expensive and are approved by the FDA. Ask your physician or pharmacist if your prescription has a generic alternative and save money.
