The Health Insurance Marketplace (also called the Health Insurance Exchange) is a website in your state where uninsured people can compare and buy health insurance. If you are eligible for medical coverage through XPO, the marketplace is not likely to change anything for you because you have access to affordable, quality coverage through XPO.
