This site is meant for XPO, Inc., employees and their families. By using the site, you are verifying that you are an XPO employee or the spouse or dependent of an XPO employee.

For those employees represented by a union, all the items, statements, terms and conditions referred to in this website are subject to collective bargaining and will be negotiated with your union. To the extent that different terms and conditions are agreed upon and included in a collective bargaining agreement, those terms supersede the terms contained in this website and will govern your terms of employment. If any of the items, statements, terms and conditions referred to in this website conflict with applicable law, such applicable law shall supersede and shall govern.

The company reserves the right to revise or delete this program, the plans or any benefits described here. If there is any discrepancy between the information included here and the official Plan Documents or contracts, the official document or contracts will decide plan provisions and how benefits are paid. Commuter Spending Account

The Commuter Spending Account (CSA) lets you set aside pre-tax dollars to pay eligible mass transit and/or parking expenses. The program, administered by PayFlex, offers the convenience of automatic payroll contributions and a commuter card. You can enroll in, change or stop participating in commuter accounts at any time by contacting Payflex. (Family members are not eligible.)

Contribution limits are set by the IRS each year. The expected 2024 limits are:

  • $315 per month for transit expenses
  • $315 per month for parking expenses

If you enroll, you will receive a debit card you can use to pay for eligible expenses. Keep in mind:

  • You must use the debit card for all transit expenses. The card can only be used at authorized transit authorities, kiosks, vending machines and designated retail locations that sell only transit media. It cannot be used at gift shops, newsstands or pharmacies that sell other products.
  • Where possible, use the card for parking expenses. If the card is not accepted, you can pay out of pocket and file a claim for reimbursement.
