Can I withdraw a loan from my 401(k) at any time?

You can request a loan from your 401(k) if you are an active employee who does not have two outstanding loans. You can borrow a minimum of $1,000 and a maximum of 50% of your 401(k) balance, up to a maximum of $50,000 minus your highest outstanding loan balance in the plan in the last 12 months.
