Go to myXPO Portal or speak with an XPO Benefit Center representative to review your dependents’ coverage and update personal information. Remember, if you are adding a dependent, you will be asked to verify dependent eligibility with documentation and provide the dependent’s Social Security Number. You will have 60 days to provide documentation.
XPO conducts random audits of covered dependents of employees if not previously verified as eligible. Employees with dependents not previously verified will be asked to provide proof of their dependents’ eligibility within 60 days of the request. It is very important that you ensure the dependents you are covering are eligible and remove coverage for any ineligible dependents during Open Enrollment.
Any dependent who is found to be ineligible for coverage as a result of a random dependent verification audit will have coverage canceled.
